New volunteers may choose to attend the gathering on either Oct. 30 or Oct. 31, whichever is most convenient for them. But they are also welcome to participate on both evenings.
Capacity: 35 persons max per night

19:00 | Welcome New Volunteers: An Introduction to the Shenzhen CFA Volunteer Team (Speaker: Miss Lizzie Yu 余乐) Summary of 2014 Volunteer Recruitment (Speaker: Miss Crystal Shen 沈静飞) | 19:10 | Ice-breaker games & self-introduction (For all new volunteers) | 19:30 | Introduction of previous activities and team mission by each team representative (5 minutes for each team) | 20:00 | Group discussion (Q&A session) | 20:30 | Submission of lists of recruited volunteers proposed by each group* | * Six CFA China - Shenzhen groups that are recruiting volunteers are Continuous Education, Member Activities, Career Development, University Relations, Strategies & Resources, and Volunteer Development. |
