一个传言终于得到证实，沃尔玛美国总部今日晚间向网易财经证实，“1号店创始人兼董事长于刚、以及联合创始人兼首席执行官刘峻岭已经决定离开1号店去开创他们下一个事业”。对于外界传言，前CBSI中国总裁、全球副总裁王路或将就任1号店新任CEO，沃尔玛总部向网易财经指出，由谁接任上述二人的职位目前还并未确定。“我们非常信任沃尔玛全球电子商务亚洲区总裁王路的领导能力，我们正在寻找合适的继任者，有信息披露时会与大家分享”。

据媒体报道，知情人士爆料，昨日晚间沃尔玛高管在1号店内部召开了沟通会议，宣布了董事长于刚与CEO刘峻岭离职的消息。由1号店的财务副总裁和人事副总裁将暂代于刚和刘峻岭的职位。而从今年年初开始，业界多次传出于刚将离职1号店的消息断，但均得到1号店官方否认。

资料显示，2008年3月，于刚和刘峻岭创办1号店，2010年平安以8000万元价格拿下一号店80%股权，到2012年沃尔玛对1号店增加投资，持股提高至约51%，成最大股东。有分析师指出，一直以来，原1号店创始团队和沃尔玛在1号店的经营上就存在很大分歧，沃尔玛需有业绩体现，而1号店却在烧钱扩张市场，双方经营理念相悖。“于刚刘峻岭离职后，1号店将完全沃尔玛化，除了保持原有的运营体系和独立品牌外，其管理层及经营理念或将由沃尔玛体系接管”。

在沃尔玛总部的回应中，其也表达了对于于刚刘峻岭的感谢，“我们感谢于刚和刘峻岭在服务顾客和建立一个世界水平的业务基础中所体现的创新与热情，我们还要感谢他们组建了强大的团队，有助于1号店在未来持续地创新与增长”。此外，沃尔玛方面还表示，对于1号店目前在中国取得的成绩感到满意，会继续加速其发展。“我们相信1号店拥有更美好的未来，沃尔玛将继续立足于中国市场和电子商务领域的长期投资发展”。

We also thank them for building a strong team that will help Yihaodian continue to innovate and grow in the future.

We are pleased with the success Yihaodian has had in China, and will work to accelerate that growth. We believe Yihaodian has a very bright future and Walmart continues to be committed to investing in China and in e-commerce. We are confident in the leadership that Wang Lu is providing as the Asian President of Walmart Global eCommerce and we are recruiting other leaders. We will provide updates as they are available.
